	Cel Durant
	Cel got used to working very hard early in life as he grew up on his family's dairy farm in Wyoming. He came to California in the 1970's and attended Santa Barbara City College and the University of California at Santa Barbara where he earned a degree in Business Economics. Cel began working in real estate in the late 1980's and enjoys the diverse challenges of the job. He has two sons ages 21 and 24 who attend Sacramento State and American River College and a daughter age 30 who lives in Denver. He enjoys cooking, football, computers and spending time with his family.
	Susan Carpenter
	Susan grew up in the small town of Beacon, New York, which is located about 60 miles north of New York City in the scenic Hudson River Valley. She earned a degree in French and English from the University of New York at Albany and enjoyed living in France during her junior year. Susan moved to California in the late 1970's and starting working in real estate in the early 1990's. She has two sons ages 16 and 18 who attend Bella Vista High School in Fair Oaks and Chico State. She enjoys reading, water aerobics, gardening and spending time with her family.
